LEAD Impact Conclave

A historic gathering of corporates, NGOs, academic institutions, and social entrepreneurs - united by a shared vision for the socio-economic transformation of Ladakh and J&K.

01 The Challenge & Context

A Region of Immense Potential

Ladakh and Jammu-Kashmir (LJK) hold unmatched cultural and ecological richness. Yet the region contends with deep structural challenges - livelihood insecurity, outward migration, limited healthcare reach, and fragmented development models that have historically worked in silos.

A Fragmented Ecosystem

While dozens of NGOs work tirelessly across LJK, collaboration between corporates, academia, government, and grassroots organizations has remained limited. LEAD has bridged this gap through NGO training and CSR enablement. The Conclave is the natural next step - institutionalizing collaboration at scale.
